    Developmental functions of speech, language, hearing and swallowing mechanisms, including acquisition of morphology, semantics, syntax, pragmatics, and phonology from birth to adolescence. Language development models and language differences discussed. Anatomy and physiologic function pertaining to speech, swallowing, and hearing mechanisms.
