    Description
    Read, analyze, and write on important World literary works in translation from the 1650's to the present. Explore the historical, cultural, philosophical, and aesthetic implications of representative works from Europe, Asia, Africa, South America, and the Middle East. Formulate and produce written analyses of assigned works. Enrollment Limitation: ENGL A161 ; students who complete ENGL A161H may not enroll in or receive credit for ENGL A161 . C-ID: ENGL 145.
