Transfers ToCSUCSU GE Area EDescriptionThis course offers tap instruction at the advanced level in traditional and contemporary tap styles, including tap improvisation and presentation skills needed for successful auditions for university musical theatre programs, and to gain employment in the commercial dance field for stage, television, touring productions and films. Areas of focus include tap dance techniques to enhance speed, weight changes, athletic “flash” steps and spatial patterns and turns.
