    This course provides the fundamental knowledge necessary for a student to become proficient in the field of Information Security. This course will prepare the student for a wide variety of security responsibilities. The curriculum covers a wide range of security concepts, including General Security Concepts, Communication Security, Infrastructure Security, Basics of Cryptography, and Operational and Organizational Security. This course covers CompTIA™s Security+ content and provides preparation for students seeking the CompTIA Security+ Certification.
