    Accepted For Credit: CSU Offered: Spring Semester, Every Year This course is a study of California real estate law including rights incident to property ownerships and management; agency; contracts; and application of real estate transfer. Specific topics include conveyancing, probate proceedings, trust deeds, foreclosure, and recent legislation governing real estate transactions. This course is one of the required courses for the broker's license examination. (GR)
