    Corequisite: NUR-301A Accepted For Credit: CSU Offered: Fall & Spring Semesters, Every Year The course is taken in the first semester as a corequisite with NUR-301A. The course focuses on promoting holistic health through prevention, education, and advocacy for the diverse elder population. Students learn how to assess an older adult's situation that may be interfering with the achievement of wellness, and work with the person and significant others to develop affirming and appropriate plans of care.
