This course provides investigators with the information and skills to aid them in a proficient sexual assault investigation. Instruction includes hands-on activities that allows students to investigate a fictitious sexual assault that involves them in collecting and packaging evidence at the crime scene; following up on information provided to them; conducting victim and suspect interviews using live role players and facilitators; and then having open classroom discussions detailing their case and interview process.
