The course provides a training continuum that integrates the acquired knowledge and skills from the Dispatcher Academy with practical application, assisting the trainer in preparing the trainee to adequately and safely serve both the agency and the public. The course covers basic skills, tasks, and information that the agency expects the dispatchers to know and perform. Not applicable to associate degree.
