Transfers ToCSUDescriptionOffered: Fall & Spring Semesters, Every Year In this class, students write stories, take photos, make illustrations, and produce an online college magazine. The class provides practical experience for Communication majors and others considering careers in newspapers, magazines, online publications, or public relations. For all students, the class offers insight into how a mass medium operates; its internal conflicts and external effects; as well as an opportunity to learn to write effectively and to work harmoniously with others. Students are expected to create stories and graphics while contributing to layout decisions.
