    Accepted For Credit: CSU & UC Offered: Spring Semester, Every Year Women in the United States after 1890 faced numerous hardships in their struggles for equality. This course traces women of different racial and ethnic backgrounds as they challenge social, economic, political, and gender norms in North America. The course explores how women have negotiated issues such as race, class, gender, work/labor, and sexuality. (GC)
