    Accepted For Credit: CSU Offered: Fall & Spring Semesters, Every Year This course includes historical context and theoretical perspectives of developmentally appropriate practice in early care and education. The course examines the role of the early childhood educator; and identification of best practices for environmental design, curriculum, and teaching strategies. Teacher/child relationships, professional ethics, career pathways, and professional standards are also explored. (GR) C-ID ECE 120
