- Accepted For Credit: CSU & UC Offered: Fall Semester, Every Year Designed for deaf and hard-of-hearing students, this course gives them an opportunity to examine their journey toward deafhood. Included in the course is an examination of the disability versus cultural models, the terminologies associated with deaf people, the evolution of the deaf community, and the universality of the deaf experience. Taught in ASL. (GC)
