    Advisory: DAID-105A Accepted For Credit: CSU Offered: Spring Semester, Every Year This course focuses on the development of student portfolios for transferring to a college or university, as well as assisting students applying for employment. Students learn about the "cultures" of the entertainment industry; review job roles and responsibilities; and receive feedback from professionals in the industry. Topics covered include creating a digital portfolio for the Web; evaluation of student work; resources in digital arts and design; preparing a resume; designing and producing a personal branding; preparing freelance contracts; job hunting techniques; and preparing for a job interview.
