    Accepted For Credit: CSU & UC Offered: All Terms, Every Year Chemistry 101B continues the study of chemistry taught in Chemistry 101A. Theory and mathematical applications are emphasized. This course is designed for science-oriented majors including biology, chemistry, engineering, and pre-professional health. Topics include kinetics; equilibrium; acids and bases; solubility; thermodynamics; electrochemistry; nuclear chemistry; properties of organic molecules; buffers, proteins, and compounds containing transition elements; organic chemistry; and coordination compounds.
