Topics covered include protein chemistry relating to immunology, the lymphatic system, cellular and humoral immunity, immunoglobulins, antibody production, monoclonal antibodies, autoimmune diseases, blood-based diagnostics and testing, ELISA, immunoblot, western blot, and affinity chromatography.
