    Accepted For Credit: CSU Offered: Fall Semester, Every Year This course is an introductory course for students interested in immunology and the immunological technology relevant to biotechnology. Topics covered include protein chemistry relating to immunology, the lymphatic system, cellular and humoral immunity, immunoglobulins, antibody production, monoclonal antibodies, autoimmune diseases, blood-based diagnostics and testing, ELISA, immunoblot, western blot, and affinity chromatography.
