Transfers ToCSUDescriptionAccepted For Credit: CSU Offered: Fall & Spring Semesters, Every Year Through a series of lectures and hands-on laboratory procedures, this course introduces mammalian cell culture methods, including sterile technique; media preparation; quantification and passage of adherent and suspension cell lines; and the establishment of secondary cell lines. This course also provides students with the skills and concepts needed to work in today's biotechnology industry.
