    Accepted For Credit: CSU Offered: Spring Semester, Every Year DNA and Protein Purification and Analysis is a continuation of laboratory skills in molecular biology introduced in BIOT-105. The course focuses on recombinant DNA techniques (DNA restriction, cloning, transformation, electrophoresis, PCR, Sanger sequencing CPE) and purification and analysis of proteins (SDS-PAGE, western blotting, chromatography using FPLC).
