    Description
    This course gives students an introduction to High Pressure Liquid Chromatography, a technique used to separate and analyze chemical mixtures. The course is designed for beginners who want exposure to the technique at a basic level; this course does not provide in-depth training. The lectures present the fundamental principles. The labs provide the students with a hands-on experience. Key topics include basic HPLC instrumentation and detectors including UV/vis, column selection, and other factors which influence reliability. (GR)
