- Accepted For Credit: CSU Offered: Spring Semester, Even Years The course includes an in-depth study of constitutional rights to due process afforded to the accused and the role and responsibilities of each segment of the criminal justice system. This course covers procedural steps of the criminal justice system including arrest, interrogation, trial, and appeal. (GR)
