    Accepted For Credit: CSU Offered: Spring Semester, Every Year This course covers the legal aspects of evidence: the origin, development, philosophy, and constitutional basis of evidence, along with constitutional and procedural considerations affecting arrest, search, and seizure; kinds and degrees of evidence; and rules governing admissibility.
