Development of skills in handwritten notation is expected. Laboratory includes sight singing and ear training activities that incorporate melodic, harmonic, and rhythmic dictation. Keyboard activities require the playing of major and minor scales, modes, triads, and seventh chords. 54.00 hours lecture and 54.00 hours laboratory.
