Transfers ToCSUDescriptionDescription: Advanced performance techniques for the recording studio. A continuation of the skills studied in MIS-1B the focus of this course is communication, song collaboration, studio session mapping. Students will have the opportunity to lead a collaborative group, duet or solo project toward successful completion/recording utilizing techniques such as song formation, microphone technique, mixing and production. The class will culminate in a CD recording. This class is appropriate for advanced vocalists and instrumentalists. 108.00 hours laboratory.
