    Description
    Description: Formwork types, applications, and construction methods for gang and column forms using built and manufactured forming systems. Discussions will cover heavy timber gang forms and use of taper ties, bracing, and bulkhead tables. The course project will include gang and column formwork construction, assembly, and hardware using selected manufactured products. Related safety, mathematics and print reading will be covered in the training. 27.00 hours lecture and 18.00 hours laboratory. (Letter grade or Pass/No Pass option)
