    Description: This course examines the primary forms of business structures, such as sole proprietorship, partnership, and corporation, and the legal elements needed to comply with regulations and guidelines of various governmental agencies. The course will help entrepreneurs recognize the legal issues before they become problems, select legal representation, and manage and grow businesses more effectively within the law. 36.00 hours lecture.
