    Description
    This course introduces the major points of view in psychology as pathways toward personal growth. Psychological principles, theory, and research are discussed in applied contexts and opportunities for growth are explored. Areas covered include identity and culture, family, wellness, stress, healthy and unhealthy coping mechanisms, gender identity, sexuality, love and relationship issues, career exploration, changing unwanted behaviors, and selecting mental health services.
