    Description
    The focus of this course on integration and application of the nursing process as it applies to the nursing care of Mental Health clients using the nursing process to promote psychosocial integrity within the content of the health illness continuum across the life span. Emphasis is on therapeutic interactions and communication, bio-psychosocial, rehabilitation, and therapeutic use of self. Clinical experience will provide opportunities for students to participate in therapeutic activities in a variety of mental health settings.
