Transfers ToCSUCSU GE Area C1DescriptionThis course introduces and develops the basic concepts of music theory including rhythm and meter, basic properties of sound, intervals, diatonic scales and triads, diatonic chords, basic cadential formulas and phrase structures, the dominant seventh chord, figured bass symbols, and non-harmonic tones.
