    Description
This course develops an advanced understanding of geometry, measurement, and proportional reasoning within the K-8 mathematics curriculum. Students analyze and justify relationships among two- and three-dimensional figures, apply measurement principles, model proportional and geometric problems, and explore transformations and symmetry. Emphasis is placed on using spatial reasoning, constructing and critiquing mathematical arguments, and connecting concepts to real-world and classroom contexts to support conceptual understanding for elementary learners.
