Through a combination of didactic instruction, hands-on laboratory training, and independent clinical practice, students will learn to evaluate joints, muscles, tendons, ligaments, and soft tissue structures using high-resolution sonographic techniques. Emphasis is placed on scanning protocols, patient positioning, image optimization, and correlation with clinical history and physical findings. Students will develop proficiency in identifying normal and pathological MSK anatomy and applying sonographic findings to support diagnostic decision-making.
