- This course focuses on the skills, approaches, and aesthetics of beginning modern dance technique within the context of its cultural and historical foundations. Students will develop contemporary dance movement vocabulary and artistic skills while increasing flexibility, endurance, balance, musicality, and dynamic alignment.
