Transfers ToCSUDescriptionStudy, rehearsal, and public performance of music and movement appropriate to percussion in a marching band. Emphasis is placed on development drumming rudiments, along with the expressive, technical, musical, and physical skills required to execute musical and movement drills in real time, performing in a drum line or front ensemble. Memorization of field shows is required. Repertoire and movement drills vary by semester. On- and off-campus performances. Admission by audition.
