    Description
    Formerly SPCH 30H Prominent issues in communication theory across the social sciences, introduction to the professional field of communication, and practice of multiple research methods for students preparing for upper division study in communication or related disciplines. Students may not receive credit for both COMM 30 and COMM 30H . This course will be enhanced by requiring each student to complete more substantial assignments related to these topics.
