A continued emphasis on the acquisition of vocabulary, structures and grammatical patterns necessary for comprehension of standard spoken and written Spanish at the beginning level. This course includes an expanded discussion of Hispanic culture and daily life. Students may not receive credit for both SPA-2 and SPA-2H. 90.00 hours lecture and 18.00 hours laboratory.
