Addresses programmatic and financial aspects from project development including proposal and budget development, partnership/relationship building, implementation, accepting and managing grant and contract awards, grants-management system(s), reporting, record keeping, and accountability, audit requirements, ethics in the grants environment, audits and monitoring, through closeout procedures, and program evaluation. 54.00 hours lecture.
