- Description: Discusses the principles, terminology and techniques of procedural coding as outlined in the Physician’s Current Procedural Terminology including coding for the physician’s services, anesthesiology, surgery, radiology, pathology/laboratory and medicine. Also examines current procedural coding and its relationship to the Healthcare Common Procedural Coding System. 54.00 hours lecture. (Letter grade only)
