    Description: An introduction to the fundamental techniques, concepts, and vocabulary of computer game design. Students will explore analog game design principles and apply modern game design and development methodologies and principles to create their own electronic games. Topics include game genres, design documents, and game design principles such as level design, gameplay, balancing and user interface design. 45.00 hours lecture and 27.00 hours laboratory.
