- This course is designed for both advanced placement and incoming first-semester nursing students to develop strategies and skills for success in the associate degree curriculum. The course includes scope-of-practice differences between LVN and RN, professional role socialization in nursing, study skill development, and time management. Portions of instruction may be offered online; may also be offered fully online.
