- This course addresses concepts basic to nursing within the framework of the nursing process. Focus is on assessment of basic human needs. Course includes application of classroom knowledge in laboratory and in structured parent/newborn and adult acute care settings. Portions of instruction may be offered online; may also be offered fully online.
