- This course covers the design, application, operation, and inspection of fire alarm and detection systems, water-based fire suppression systems, special-hazard fire suppression systems, water supply for fire protection, and portable fire extinguishers. It includes extensive review of National Fire Code requirements. Portions of instruction may be offered online; may also be offered fully online.
