- This course provides information on the use of human resources to accomplish assignments, evaluate member performance, supervise personnel, and integrate health and safety plans, policies, and procedures into daily activities as well as the emergency scene. This is part of the Company Officer Certificate of Achievement designed for California State Fire Training professionals.
