- This course provides an introduction to the UNIX and Linux operating systems that includes file and directory manipulation, access permissions, process control, networking, security, shell commands and shell programming. This course also prepares students to sit for the Linux+ industry certification exam. Portions of instruction may be offered online; may also be offered fully online.
