    This course is an introduction to intercultural communication in domestic and/or global contexts. It emphasizes the influence of cultures, languages, and social patterns on how members communicate with themselves and with members of different ethnic and cultural groups. Theory and knowledge of effective communication within and between cultures are addressed. Portions of instruction may be offered online; may also be offered fully online. [C-ID COMM 150]
