    Examine the influence of race, culture, gender, abilities, age, and ethnicity on corporate America, focusing on how these factors shape workplace dynamics and decision-making. This course addresses the impact of bias and prejudice on corporate practices and explores proven strategies for fostering an inclusive and cohesive work culture in a diverse environment. Topics include the unique experiences and contributions of African, Indian, Asian, Chicano/Latino, Native American, and European cultures, along with practical approaches to driving effective diversity and inclusion initiatives in the workplace. Portions of instruction may be offered online; may also be offered fully online.
