    Description
    The relationship of theatre to various cultures throughout history and significant contributions of theatre artists. Introduction to elements of the production process including playwriting, acting, directing, design, and criticism. Orientation to different periods, styles, and genres of theatre through play-reading, discussion, film-viewing. Critiques of live performance(s) which will require attendance at theatre productions.
