- This course covers the theory and application of critical care procedures for second-year respiratory care students. Advanced theory and application of mechanical ventilation, associated pathophysiology and pharmacology, microbiological issues in respiratory care; the application of electrocardiographic, radiological, and arterial blood gas interpretations.
