- This course incorporates concepts from Music Theory 2. In addition, the course continues the development of writing and analytical techniques of tonal music through writing in 4 parts, figured bass, Roman numeral analysis, and guided composition exercises. Introduction to chromatic harmony; modulation; modal mixture; Binary and Ternary forms; Sonata Form.
