    Description
    Students are introduced to public transit agencies and the personal and interpersonal skills needed in serving the public. This course prepares students for entry-level positions in transportation operations. Topics include communication, customer service, updates on ICT 2040 (INNOVATIVE CLEAN TRANSIT INITIATIVE) and promotional opportunities. Per California Code of admitted to the Coach Operator Apprenticeship Program or the Public Transit Leadership Certificate program.
