    Description
    This course provides the nursing student with directed clinical experiences in acute care hospitals and a variety of community healthcare agencies for adult and geriatric patients/clients. The nursing student provides comprehensive, holistic patient/client care and teaching to assist the individuals who have acute or chronic illness in the medical-surgical and mental health/psychiatric settings to meet their health needs, evaluate outcomes of care and practicing associated psycho-motor skills while incorporating the standards of professional practice.
