- This is a beginning digital illustration course for artists, illustrators and graphic designers. Students learn how to create original art, illustrations, and graphic designs using a variety of software applications. Basic art and design principles are explored. Students examine the history and application of illustration, in a variety of cultures and times, as a medium for social change, self-expression and marketing purposes.
