The focus is both on the creative design and the appropriate software and coding skills required in web design and front end web development. Advanced design principles of type, color, illustration, and layout are explored along with intermediate to advanced HTML, CSS, and an introduction to JavaScript and other relevant technologies. A basic understanding of computer system operation is required.
